What is Piamonte Hotels group?
Piamonte Hotels was born with the opening of Ribeira Collection Hotel, a charming 4-star hotel in Arcos de Valdevez, which preserves and honours the legacy of the historic Hotel Ribeira, founded in 1916. “It all starts in the north”, and it is also in the north that Piemonte Hotels is inspired to broaden its horizons. In 2025, the group opened The Vinea Collection Hotel in Monção, its first five-star hotel. In addition to its hotel units, Piamonte Hotels is proud to own Porteleira wines, which reflect the authenticity of this region.

Late check-out until 14:00 costs €20 and is subject to availability.

Ribeira Collection Hotel accepts payments by bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Multibanco, American Express, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash.

Rooms offer king or queen beds, LED TV, fast Wi-Fi and soundproofing for added comfort. They also have coffee and tea, Portus Cale brand amenities, a hair dryer, a safe and air conditioning. We also offer bathrobes and slippers (subject to availability), along with several other amenities designed to make your stay even more enjoyable.
Does the hotel have options to relax?
Yes, Ribeira Collection Hotel offers a full 24-hour spa. Amenities include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, as well as massage services and holistic treatments. The hotel also offers beauty treatments carried out in partnership with the Medvez clinic.

Yes. The hotel has private, enclosed parking, subject to availability. To secure a place, you can book in advance for €10 per night.
Is there an electric vehicle charging station?
Yes. The Ribeira Collection Hotel by Piamonte Hotels offers a charging solution for electric vehicles (wallbox) for a fee of €20 per use.

The Ribeira Collection Hotel offers flexible cancellation conditions depending on the rate chosen:
- More than 48 hours before check-in: free cancellation;
- Less than 48 hours before check-in or in case of no-show: full charge for the stay.
